Schedule

This is a full-time, clinic-based position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule.

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

8-hour shifts with a 30-minute lunch break.

Clinics are closed on weekends — no Saturday or Sunday shifts.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in supporting both patients and providers by:

Front Office/Patient Services Specialist

• Greeting patients and checking them in with warmth and professionalism
• Managing calls, messages, scheduling, referrals, follow ups, and co pays
• Assisting with insurance verifications and prior authorizations
• Updating patient information and supporting clear communication between patients and providers

Clinical/Medical Assistant Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and preparing them for their visit
• Taking vitals, updating medical histories, and documenting in the HER
• Assisting providers with procedures and administering vaccines
• Performing point-of-car testing
• Maintaining clean, stocked exam rooms and following all safety protocols

What You Bring

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we will reimburse for your certification)
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced, patient centered environment
