Business Analyst / Consultant

Role Description

As a Business Analyst at Roboyo AI, you will join our Delivery team, acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. Your role will evolve from leading a high-impact technical migration to becoming a strategic partner in harnessing AI and Automation.

What You'll Own

• Your First Mission: The Migration
  • Lead the transition of complex enterprise workflows from Blue Prism to UiPath over the first 6-9 months.
  • Optimize automations for the new platform, ensuring they are future-ready.
  • Serve as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical pods, owning requirement clarity and process validation.
  • Analyze TDDs and identify gaps on behalf of the Development team.
  • Create comprehensive Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) that translate “As-Is” Blue Prism logic into optimized “To-Be” UiPath designs, maintaining strict traceability matrices throughout the migration.
• Your Long-Term Journey
  • Work across various client engagements, supporting Roboyo’s consulting and technology services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who helps shape their AI and automation strategy.
  • Manage the full automation lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
  • Drive projects involving new technologies (AI, Generative AI, IDP, Process Mining) and methodologies, helping clients adopt the "Agentic AI" revolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, estimate, and execute Business Analysis activities, driving rigorous prioritization of the backlog to keep Delivery Pods supplied with code-ready requirements.
• Define information architecture to ensure all logic is traceable and testable from ideation through to UAT.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit requirements, challenge the status quo, and identify logic optimization opportunities.
• Manage deviations from legacy logic, ensuring all changes are documented, approved, and communicated.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in automation, in Business Analysis or Consulting roles.
• Specific exposure to UiPath and/or Blue Prism is non-negotiable for this role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically, creatively, and outside the box to adapt to client culture.
• Exceptional communicator, able to explain complex ideas simply and structured, bridging the gap between technical constraints and business expectations.
• Solid experience in UML/BPMN and documentation (PDD/SDD/TDD).

Preferred Skills

• UiPath Certified Professional Business Analyst (UiBPA).
• Basic knowledge of SQL and APIs (REST/SOAP).
• Exposure to AI, IDP, Process Mining (Celonis).
