Youth & Family Development Specialist - EMS Wraparound

South Bay Community Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join our EMS Wraparound Program in Escondido, California. The Case Manager will be responsible for building authentic relationships with youth, creating individualized service plans, and assisting in their path to obtaining EMT certification. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant experience and have demonstrated skills in time management, problem-solving, and empathy.
