Schedule/Hours:

• Travel assignment; flexibility required

Key Responsibilities:

• Front office duties: open/close the center, greet/assist patients, register arrivals in EMR, process payments
• Back office clinical tasks: room and triage patients, document history/symptoms, take vitals, conduct point-of-care tests (e.g., rapid strep, urinalysis), assist with minor procedures
• Radiologic technologist functions: prepare radiology suite/equipment, follow protocols for x-ray exams on adults and children, document in EMR, stock and clean suites
• Oversee transfer of x-ray images and support results management
• Support training of new employees
• Maintain accurate patient records and provide top-tier, compassionate service

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college
• Current state radiologic technologist license and ARRT certification
• CPR/BLS certification required
• At least 2 years’ experience in a high-volume urgent care or emergency department preferred
• Outstanding bedside manner with both pediatric and adult patients
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and independent problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; strong communication and EMR proficiency (EPIC familiarity preferred)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Must have reliable transportation to reach multiple care locations
