Job Responsibilities include: nursing assessment, nursing documentation, treatment planning, monitors and documents progress on the goals noted in the treatment plan, ensures individual treatment plans are implemented and properly documented, medication administration/medical management, milieu management/communication, crisis intervention, staff and patient education.

Qualifications: Job requirements include a registered nurse (RN) with an associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing, bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, current license to practice nursing in the state of Indiana, current CPR or BLS certification.
