- Valid Food Handler's Card
- Interest in Japanese cuisine and beverage culture
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Fast-paced, energetic, full-service kitchen
- Hands-on, physically active work environment
- High standards, strong teamwork, and lots of learning
