Help clients find coverage that fits their situation
Follow a proven system and script
Run appointments by phone
Compensation

100% commission-based (1099)
No income cap — earnings are directly tied to performance and effort
New agents typically build toward consistent monthly income within their first 90 days as they apply the system
Results vary by individual effort, consistency, and market conditions
