Design Your Own Career Practice Model:

Practice exclusively in our community-based Level II NICUs or work in our high-acuity Level III NICUs
Create a hybrid schedule with exposure to both Level II and Level III settings
Group shifts together with flexible scheduling options, including 24 and 48-hour shifts

Community Level II NICU Opportunities:

Manage your own patient population while working autonomously at the extent of your training
Ideal for NNPs who enjoy autonomy and practicing in community-based settings.
