We are seeking a welcoming and passionate Golf Connoisseur and Enthusiast to join our brand-new Birdies & Lattes team! The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a passion for golf culture, and be knowledgeable about the additional layer of camaraderie and etiquette to the game. For beginners, understanding these cultural nuances can enhance the overall golfing experience. As a Birdies & Lattes Gold Associate, you are responsible for providing general concierge services for our Birdies & Lattes interactive amenities and features, delivering exceptional customer service while informing, guiding, introducing, and demonstrating a variety of experience-enhancing gold aficionado nuances. Your duties include checking in guests with great customer service, cleanliness, assisting food & beverage when needed, processing bay rentals, memberships & retail sales. You must have a friendly & welcoming demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for golf culture & traditions. Additionally, you should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with team members, and adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

General Accountabilities:

• Customer Service : Greeting customers, checking-in customers with reservations, taking beverage and food orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• POS and Technical Support: Operate and maintain the POS, Putting Green, & Bay system, handling rentals and transactions accurately and efficiently. Troubleshoot minor computer and equipment issues related to our facility golf systems.
• Service Knowledge : Providing detailed and informative service knowledge about our bay rentals, memberships, and food & beverage menu.
• Cleanliness and Hygiene : Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Conduct regular checks of the facility, including restrooms, practice areas, and retail spaces.
• Inventory Management : Monitoring and restocking house clubs and retail supplies as needed.
• Upselling : Suggesting additional items or upgrades to enhance the customer experience through excellent service knowledge.
• Teamwork : Collaborating with coworkers to ensure smooth operations and excellent service throughout the entire facility.
• Adherence to Policies : Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as a barista is preferred.
• Basic understanding of food service hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.

Salary : $17 - $17 per hour
