Systems Admin/Engineer – Remote

Duration: 06 months plus contract Rate: DOE USC, GC and GC EAD accepted.

Job Description

Provide technical support for end-user hardware and software issues
Create and update system builds for end user systems
Monitor the systems daily and respond immediately to security, technical or reliability concerns
Monitor infrastructure and report any concerns or issues to higher technical support
Create and verify backups of data. Perform restores as needed
Respond to and resolve help desk requests
Upgrade infrastructure systems as required for enhanced functionality and security
Troubleshoot/Configuration
Review application and system logs for errors and consult other team members for recommended remediation
Install and test new POC and demo systems
Provide support for desk phones and mobile devices
Any other duties as assigned
