You will deliver your field KPIs and annual objectives. Responsibilities Carry out instore visits according to Mondelēz visit method Be in charge of quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and in store locations dedicated to impulse products (linear shops, contact points, additives) Follow check-out implementation plan guidelines negotiated by Mondelēz sales representative to fill in checkouts and ensure competition is respecting it; inform sales representative and store employee of any issues Occasionally fill in seasonal shelf and put in place seasonal extra visibility actions in store Follow the daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure the most efficient instore service Optimize seasonal sales, supporting the implementation of seasonal campaign in store visibility Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of Mondelez products Construct promotional displays and manage shelf space according to Mondelēz guidelines Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps and capture pictures of displays at assigned stores Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display to ensure in‑stock conditions Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in‑store service Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store Qualifications Good interpersonal skills Self‑motivated to achieve set goals Good communication and ability to share information At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license issued by the state of residence High School Diploma or GED preferred Positive and professional attitude; self‑motivated and able to work independently Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed) Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and occasional pulling over 50 lbs; routine repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus Live within 25–35 miles of Dedham, MA Benefits Hourly compensation rate ranges from $23.44 to $25.44 based on relevant experience. 401k savings plan, incentive bonus program, mileage reimbursement, career advancement opportunities, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation (up to 10 days per year), 7 paid holidays, up to 3 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave after 1 year, medical, dental, and vision benefits, free preventive care, health savings account (HSA) or flexible savings account (FSA), health and well‑being program, life and disability insurance, employee assistance program, safety equipment such as kneeling pads, safety knives, and PPE.
