Senior Business Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support and drive automation initiatives across the organization. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to identify manual processes and opportunities for automation. They will gather requirements, document workflows, and translate business needs into clear technical requirements. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with technical teams throughout the design, testing, and implementation of automation solutions. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable working across both business and technology teams.

Skills and Requirements

5+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Write clear, efficient documentation for automation tools, scripts, and processes
• Apply Six Sigma principles to identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities
• Design, develop, and monitor business and technical automation workflows
• Build strong relationships and advocate for automation across teams
• Implement testing best practices within the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
