Forklift Operator

Position Summary : Loads machine centers with raw materials.
Essential Functions :
Essential Functions :
- Loads raw materials at designated machine centers.
- Staging roll stock at machine center
- Taking finished product from machine center to next operation
- Keeps forklift in good, safe operating condition by daily check off of inspection report; reports any maintenance needs to maintenance.
- Operates aerator and stages sheets at machine center
- Observes and conforms to all company rules and regulations as outlined in the "employee handbook."
- Initiate action to prevent problems, document quality problems, contribute solutions to problems, verify implementation of solutions and control further processing when a problem is identified.
- Respect and conform to all accepted safe work practices and standards.
- Attend on going in-house quality education classes.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Ensures work area is clean and organized.
