Medical Assistant – Facial Plastic Surgery & Medical Aesthetics Rejuvent Medical Spa & Surgery in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced, full-time Medical Assistant to join our facial plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy clinical environment. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to learn and retain clinical information. Accurate, thorough EMR documentation is essential. An interest in facial aesthetics, Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments is required. Previous experience assisting with Botox and filler procedures is preferred. Responsibilities include: Obtain and document patient vital signs and medical histories Prepare patients and assist physicians with Botox and dermal filler injections Draw blood for PRF treatments Accurately document injection and treatment details in the EMR Prepare, organize, stock, and maintain procedure rooms Clean and sterilize instruments and maintain appropriate sterilization procedures Assist with clinical inventory and vendor relationships Help maintain an organized, efficient clinical environment Take initiative and contribute beyond assigned duties as the practice grows Required qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program Minimum of one year of experience working as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting Experience with electronic medical records and accurate clinical documentation Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology Knowledge of sterilization techniques, autoclave use, and OSHA requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel Consistent attention to detail and accuracy Preferred qualifications: Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, medical aesthetics, or a similar specialty Experience assisting with Botox and dermal filler treatments Familiarity with aesthetic procedures and medical-grade skincare Phlebotomy experience Benefits: 401(k) Employee discounts Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Dental insurance Benefits include: Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Aesthetic services Discounts on medical-grade skincare products Rejuvent is a drug-free and tobacco-free workplace.
