Job Description Job Description Step into a key role supporting students as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026/2027 school year. This contract opportunity offers meaningful work in a collaborative educational setting near Philadelphia, PA. You'll provide expert guidance and interventions to positively impact the learning experience of students in grades 1 through 8. In this position, you’ll work weekdays from 8am-3pm, beginning September 1st through the end of the school year, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch daily. Your commitment will directly influence student success, staff development, and school-wide support systems. Key Requirements: Active BCBA certification Experience working with K-8 students is highly desirable Strong understanding of functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and support staff Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills Flexibility and commitment to a full school-year contract Primary Responsibilities: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized interventions for students in grades 1-8 Provide ongoing coaching and support to teachers and staff Facilitate functional behavior assessments and data-driven decision making Monitor student progress and adjust intervention plans as needed Consult with families and caregivers to extend behavioral supports beyond the school setting Participate in staff meetings, IEPs, and professional development activities This contract role offers the rewarding chance to work consistent weekday hours and directly support student growth in a vibrant school environment.
