Contact Center Agent

Akkodis is seeking a Contact Center Agent for a 12 Months contract position with a client located in Phoenix, AZ 85034. Call Center Experience comes as a plus.

Job Title : Contact Center Agent

Location : Onsite - 3255 E Elwood St Suite 100 Phoenix, AZ 85034

Duration : 12 Months

Pay Range: $17/hr - $18/hr on W2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Top 3 Required Skills:

• Call Center Experience.
• Ability to Use Computer.
• Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

Time Zone Requirements: PT

Pay Rate: $18.00 p/hr

Start Date: 6/9/2026

Work Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM PT begins 6/29

Training Schedule: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM PT will be followed through the duration of training. Three days; 6/9 - 6/11 and Continued Education; 6/12 - 6/26. Agents will start taking live calls on 6/15.

Interview Process: Offers based off Resume.

Potential for Conversion to FTE: No

Potential for Extension: Yes

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally answer calls and address caller inquiries as needed. Route calls as needed to appropriate resource.
• Perform research using available resources as needed to provide required information to callers.
• Identify and escalate more complex issues to the research team.
• Complete necessary administrative work as needed and complete call logs accurately.
• Other projects as assigned by supervisor.
