We’re looking for dependable, guest‐focused Front Desk Agents who take pride in providing excellent service and keeping operations running smoothly. Position Overview As a Front Desk Agent (Guest Services Representative) , you are the first point of contact for guests. You’ll handle check‐ins, check‐outs, reservations, and guest inquiries while maintaining IHG brand standards and ensuring a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide efficient check‐in/check‐out Manage reservations, room assignments, and payment processing Answer guest questions and resolve concerns professionally Maintain lobby and front desk cleanliness and organization Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to support daily operations Follow all safety, security, and brand standards Handle IHG systems, reports, and procedures accurately Actively enroll eligible guests into the IHG One Rewards program; meet or exceed monthly enrollment goals (incentive‐eligible) Provide exceptional service that reflects the Holiday Inn Express brand Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and problem‐solving skills Comfortable using computers and hotel systems (training provided) Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer Competitive pay Paid training Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Employee discounts through IHG Consistent scheduling and stable hours How to Apply Submit your application through ZipRecruiter.
