Senior Financial Analyst, Finance

The Senior Financial Analyst, Finance is responsible for supporting financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and strategic analysis activities across the organization. This role partners with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide actionable financial insights, support decision-making, identify risks and opportunities, and drive continuous process improvements. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial information, enhancing business performance, and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and financial models to support business performance and strategic decision-making.
• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, business insights, and recommendations to management and key teams.
• Monitor financial results, evaluate variances and trends, and identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance, support strategic initiatives, and influence business decisions.
• Identify and implement process, reporting, and system improvements to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and financial visibility.
• Lead or participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and business initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.

Minimum Salary: $86,800.00

Maximum Salary: $117,600.00

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant advanced certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning activities preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate and build partnerships across functions and organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other business applications.
• Experience working with financial systems, reporting tools, and enterprise applications is preferred.
