We are hiring a Guest Experience Intern on behalf of our parent company, which oversees several brands. For this position, we are looking for someone versatile and willing to do many types of work. They will participate in a variety of projects to help optimize our guest experience. These projects will vary in scope and there will be plenty of opportunity to gain new skills. Key responsibilities include designing and running mystery shopper checklists, measuring wait times, guest flow, and signage clarity, evaluating layouts, collecting guest feedback, tracking top issues and wins, supporting community outreach to schools, youth organizations, and partners, and working on various projects to improve the guest experience. Requirements include a desire to be a part of a start-up or growing small business, willingness to challenge existing ideas and methods, creative problem-solving, friendly communication skills, strong writing, analytical, and communication skills, understanding of project management and execution, and enjoying research and observation.
