Senior Systems Analyst

Job Summary:

The System Analyst 6 is responsible for providing advanced technical and system administration support for enterprise applications across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. This role involves application support, system configuration, requirements analysis, security management, and ensuring infrastructure reliability to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and support systems and application components in Windows and Linux environments. Gather and document requirements, analyze options, and recommend technical solutions. Support enterprise applications, including Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms. Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and remediate vulnerabilities. Support cloud-based implementations and application changes. Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to deliver system improvements and ongoing support. Required Skills & Certifications:

5 7 years of experience in system installation, configuration, and support. Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Tomcat, IIS, MS SQL Management Studio, XML, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and Visio. Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies including SAML, OAuth, and OpenID. Strong understanding of networks, firewalls, system monitoring, architecture, and security remediation. Bachelor's degree. Preferred Skills & Certifications:

3 5 years of experience with Azure cloud implementations. Experience with containerization and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Experience with monitoring and debugging tools such as Dynatrace or similar. Special Considerations:

Hybrid work environment with on-site presence required 2 days per week starting from day one. Scheduling:
