Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator role based in Branford, CT. The Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator will manage leads and reach out to prospective patients and may guide patients through the implant treatment process, from initial consultation to final follow-up, ensuring they understand their treatment options, timelines, and financial responsibilities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating and presenting treatment plans, reviewing fees and payment options, verifying and explaining insurance benefits, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate documentation in the practice management system. The role involves close collaboration with surgeons, clinical team members, and front office staff to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience. The coordinator will also handle phone and in-person inquiries, provide outstanding customer service, and support practice growth through professional communication and patient education. Qualifications Strong skills in Treatment Planning and the ability to clearly present and explain implant treatment options, fees, and timelines to patients. Working knowledge of Insurance, including benefit verification, pre-authorizations, and explaining coverage and out-of-pocket costs. Demonstrated excellence in Customer Service with a patient-centered mindset and a calm, professional approach in all interactions. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and coordinate care with clinical and administrative teams. Familiarity with Dental Care concepts, dental terminology, and implant procedures; prior experience in a dental or oral surgery setting is strongly preferred. Proficiency with dental practice management software, electronic records, and basic office technology. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and schedules in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and uphold high ethical standards in all patient and team interactions. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in dental administration, dental assisting, or a related field is a plus.
