Full Time Front Office Manager

Hollis Montessori School is seeking an exceptional Front Office Manager who is kind, talented, and organized to manage the front office, greet parents, answer the phone, be the public face of the school, support our teachers and staff, process mail, bills & checks, and unclog toilets (only on rare occasions - we promise!)

The ideal candidate will be a friendly neat freak, proficient with a Mac, Google Workspace & Quick Books Online, outgoing and highly relational, flexible, optimistic, able to multi-task, able to set gentle-but-firm limits with children and adults, and thrive on the unpredictable nature of children. A sense of humor is required. Nice people only, please.

Hollis Montessori is an independent, non-profit school located in southern New Hampshire, currently serving students from age 3 through 9th grade. We have a beautiful, 9½-acre green campus adjacent to many acres of conservation land with trails, ponds, and wildlife. Hollis is a quintessential New England town less than 24 miles from Manchester, the largest city in New Hampshire. Boston is less than 50 miles away, as is the New Hampshire seacoast and the White Mountains. All of these offer ample opportunity for cultural and environmental exploration.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
