Position Overview:


A well-established, multi-location chiropractic practice in Rhode Island is seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Chiropractor to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for both new graduates and experienced chiropractors who are eager to learn, grow, and build a successful long-term career in a supportive environment.

The practice offers structured training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development to ensure both excellent patient outcomes and physician success. Providers are compensated based on productivity, allowing high performers to significantly exceed base salary.

Schedule:

• Weekdays only
• Clinic hours between 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• No weekends
• No on-call responsibilities

Practice Highlights:

• Multiple high-volume chiropractic clinics

Treatment modalities include:

• Decompression
• Laser Therapy
• Ultrasound
• Advanced chiropractic treatment tables

Diverse patient population including:

• Health insurance
• Cash-pay patients
• Motor vehicle accident cases

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality chiropractic care to outpatient patients
• Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients on care plans and long-term wellness
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage and grow patient volume with productivity-based incentives
• Run an assigned clinic location when applicable

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Chiropractic (DC)
• Active Rhode Island Chiropractic License (required or ability to obtain)
• Malpractice insurance (or ability to obtain)
• Open to new graduates
• Willingness to relocate to Rhode Island if not currently local
