Job Title : Facilities Technician

Location : Manchester, IA

Shift : 1st Shift

Pay Rate : $18–$20/hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Facilities Technician to support daily operations within a plant setting. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, assisting with general facility projects, and supporting production tasks as needed. This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform general facility upkeep, including trash removal and maintaining cleanliness throughout and around the plant
Assist with various facility-related projects as assigned
Support production operations during downtime, including parts pulling and trailer decking
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals

Requirements :

Ability to routinely lift and carry at least 50 pounds
Frequent walking, standing, bending, stooping, and kneeling
Ability to climb stairs, and capability to push and pull materials as needed
Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to follow instructions and work independently
Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus, but not required
