Come grow your career with Eurest.Job SummaryAs an Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service, financial performance, and an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong leadership in a high-volume dining environment, with preferred experience in corporate dining, fine dining, or café operations, as well as familiarity with union teams.
