Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports Assist with budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts on a regular basis Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and schedules Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to track and manage expenses Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical practice setting Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and Excel Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards Experience with medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle is a plus Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments About Us Coast Heart Institute is a trusted cardiovascular care provider serving the Gulf Coast community in Gulfport, MS, dedicated to delivering exceptional heart health services to our patients.
