We are actively seeking an experienced SIOP Consultant to lead and drive Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) initiatives within a complex Aerospace Manufacturing environment.

This role requires a seasoned supply chain and planning professional who can align demand forecasts, production capacity, inventory strategies, and operational execution while supporting industrial transfers and site transition activities.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and deploy end-to-end SIOP/S&OP processes across the organization

✔ Drive demand planning, forecasting, and supply-demand balancing activities

✔ Support industrial transfer programs and production site transitions

✔ Establish SIOP governance frameworks, planning reviews, and executive reporting

✔ Manage inventory strategies, safety stock, and buffer stock requirements

✔ Coordinate procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations teams

✔ Analyze demand trends and adjust forecasts to meet business objectives

✔ Ensure production plans align with customer demand and operational capacity

✔ Support decision-making through KPI reporting, planning analytics, and data insights

✔ Drive continuous improvement within planning and inventory management processes

Required Experience & Skills:

✅ 7+ years of experience in SIOP / S&OP, Supply Chain Planning, or Demand Planning

✅ Aerospace Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred

✅ Strong expertise in Demand Forecasting, Production Planning, and Inventory Management

✅ Experience supporting Industrial Transfer or Manufacturing Transition programs

✅ Knowledge of Buffer Stock Planning and Inventory Optimization

✅ SAP, SAP APO, SAP IBP, ERP, or Advanced Planning Systems experience

✅ Advanced Excel, Data Analytics, and Reporting skills

✅ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities

✅ Experience collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams
