Department: Tech & Digital Enterprise Architecture & Agentic A Location: IT, IT Job Summary We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to evolve our enterprise tech landscape and ensure technology consistently enables our business strategy. In this role, you’ll translate needs into architecture roadmaps, guide cross‑functional choices, and connect dots across applications, data, and infrastructure—always with security, compliance, and scalability in mind. Responsibilities Architecture: Develop or evaluate/review Application Target Architectures to ensure they are consistent with Lavazza’s guidelines and principles. AI architecture & governance: Establish architectures for AI solutions and collaborate on ethical use, compliance, and security governance. Document & communicate: Build and keep up‑to‑date our core EA assets (architecture diagrams, standards, guidelines, and technical specs). Assess & map the landscape: Evaluate the current application ecosystem, identify improvement areas, and define/maintain the Business Capability Map to steer investments and simplification. Risk & impact analysis: Anticipate architectural risks and dependencies; assess the impact of technology change on business processes and operating models. Design for interoperability: Define and oversee integration patterns for systems, APIs, and data flows to ensure reliability, reusability, and scale. Strategy & guidance: Partner cross‑functionally to identify and recommend solutions that advance business objectives and provide clear decision support to senior stakeholders. Vendor ecosystem: Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators, ensuring solutions meet requirements and standards. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Application Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture. 4+ years of experience in IT Development, IT Project management and analysis or similar roles. Good knowledge of Application Architecture principles, application lifecycle management, and change management. Technical fluency in AI, integration patterns, BI platforms, and microservices. Excellent communication and mediation skills in Italian and English. Ability to work autonomously with strong problem‑setting and problem‑solving capabilities. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Benefits & Work Environment Comprehensive welfare package including short working week during summer months.
