We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Position Overview The Banquet Houseman plays a vital role in ensuring the successful setup, execution, and breakdown of banquet events, meetings, and special functions. This position is responsible for arranging banquet rooms according to event specifications, transporting and setting up tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, and other equipment, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of event spaces before, during, and after functions. This is a seasonal position with an expected duration of six months or less.Pay: $18.00 per hourKey Responsibilities:Receive and properly sort and store event products daily.Performs light and heavy furniture moving, including but not limited to tables, chairs, buffet furniture, chaffers, glassware, plateware, and flatware.
