Senior Homecare Marketing Business Analyst

Deliver key insights and analysis to support strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Translate business requests into technical reporting requirements and execute those requirements. Create and manage real-time KPI dashboards and business case reports using PowerBI, Tableau, and Excel. Develop and maintain automated and ad-hoc reporting for the direct-to-consumer healthcare business. Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations. Leverage owned and external data sources to develop enhanced reporting and support real-time marketing decisions. Collaborate with BI and finance teams to develop analytic solutions based on business needs. Support decision-making by understanding complex business problems, identifying opportunities, and using best practices in reporting and analysis. Ensure compliance with HIPAA privacy requirements in all data handling and reporting. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of experience translating business requests into technical reporting requirements and executing those requirements. 5+ years of experience working with reporting tools like PowerBI and Tableau; experience with SQL queries required. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably involving e-commerce. Strong experience collaborating with matrixed teams and using business analytics to support leaders. Experience implementing complex data management projects. Familiarity with direct-to-consumer key performance indicators preferred. Experience with Salesforce.com environments is a plus. Experience in health insurance reimbursement and P&L management preferred. Skills and Attributes Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
