Job Summary

Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients, assessing and developing treatment plans to improve their daily functioning and quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care in various settings.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patients goals.
• Document patient progress, adjust therapy plans as necessary, and communicate updates to medical teams.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing improvement.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and documentation protocols.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care strategies.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the applicable state.
• Possess prior experience providing occupational therapy in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be available to work Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 7.5 hours per day.
• Prefer local candidates for efficient onboarding and coverage.
