Boiler Operator - 2nd Shift

Job Title Boiler Operator – 2nd Shift (3pm–11pm) Company Overview Agri‑Mark is a dairy cooperative with more than 100 years of experience, serving farmers, families, and communities. Responsibilities Operate high‑pressure steam boilers continuously, providing steam for the production of milk products and for cleaning production lines and vessels. Maintain the boilers and associated systems in reliable condition. Perform routine inspections, safety checks, and basic troubleshooting. Respond to emergencies and assist during load changes. Work during overtime, weekends, holidays, and shift rotation as required by business needs. Licensing & Qualifications Current 2nd Fireman License (must remain current). Current Wastewater License; may be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Ability to work flexible hours and undergo overtime, weekend, holiday, and shift rotation. Compensation & Benefits Starting wage of $32.25/hr, increasing to $36.51/hr plus a 7% shift differential. Eligibility for rate increases every six months for the first 24 months of employment.
