Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist / Administrative Assistant role based in Nashville, TN. The role involves greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to general inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant will manage incoming and outgoing mail, maintain front desk and office supplies, and support basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. The role also includes assisting with scheduling, coordinating appointments or meetings, and providing administrative support to management and other team members as needed. Accuracy, organization, and a strong customer service mindset are key to success in this position.
Qualifications

• Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and basic document management.
• Professional Phone Etiquette and customer-facing Communication skills for handling calls and in-person inquiries.
• Experience providing Executive Administrative Assistance or support to leadership is beneficial.
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and ability to learn internal systems.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, service-oriented attitude toward colleagues and customers. xhyhwjd
• Prior receptionist, office, or administrative experience in a business or construction-related environment is a plus.
