Position Summary This individual is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify, attract, and place qualified candidates for client companies. This role works in a fast-paced staffing agency environment, sourcing both active and passive talent, maintaining strong client and candidate relationships, and ensuring timely, high‑quality placements that meet client expectations. Key Duties & Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct‑hire roles. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking. Conduct candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and cultural fit for client requirements. Partner closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture. Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews, feedback, and hiring decisions. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruiting process. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new client opportunities and support business development efforts. Provide ongoing communication and support to candidates throughout the placement process and assignment duration. Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree (Human Resources, Business, or related field). 1–3 years of recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment. Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Proven ability to manage multiple job openings and priorities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications.
