This exciting opportunity is anticipated to be 20% remote/work-from-home with 80% of the time completing field work in Southern Nebraska / around McCook, Alma, Holdredge and Imperial, NE area. Due to our comprehensive training and team-oriented work environment, travel out-of-state and out-of-country may be required occasionally throughout the year.If you have great customer service skills and are mechanically inclined, and you want to find yourself in a supportive environment that challenges you, rewards you for high performance, and you are looking for a place to grow, this could be the job for you!What Will I Be Doing?With standard working hours being 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, you'll provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers both over the phone and in the field. When working from your home (20% of the time), you'll spend your days on the phone with customers to support and troubleshoot the design, construction, installation, maintenance, repair, and operation of our instrumentation. The rest of your time (80%), you'll travel to the customer's location (either in your own vehicle with fuel/mileage reimbursed or by air) to provide hands-on support for installation or diagnostic/repair work.When traveling for work, you can anticipate occasional overnight stays at company-approved hotels (employee safety is one of our topmost priorities!).
