Holiday Inn Express & Suites Taylors SC is seeking a friendly front desk guest service professional to deliver efficient and courteous service to guests while promoting hotel amenities. You will handle check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
You will communicate with guests, coordinate with team members, and uphold hotel standards, values, and culture while maintaining professionalism and reliability.
