Product Manager Intern (Measurement Product) - 2026 Start (PhD)

Team Introduction TikTok's Measurement Product team builds experimentation products that help marketers and brands realize their true business value generated by TikTok and across all of their paid channels. Our team drives innovation and performance across our advertising platform by working with cross‑functional teams across the globe on products that touch millions of advertisers. We are looking for a Product Manager to continue building our experimentation infrastructure and measurement products, helping client-facing solutions enable advertisers to assess the impact of their TikTok marketing on business returns. Responsibilities Set the vision, develop the roadmap, build and launch ad measurement products that help advertisers meet their goals and see their true business value generated by TikTok. Define success metrics and analyze data to inform product strategy and prioritization. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define goals and objectives for ad measurement products. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing and Sales to develop, test, and launch products. Write all technical specs and product requirements for development. Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a PhD degree. Academic background in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, political science, computer science or related fields, with technical experience or project work preferred. Strong logical thinking and data analysis skills, with the ability to break down, analyze, and solve complex problems. Strong organizational, planning, communication, and execution skills; self‑motivated and responsible, able to drive projects independently with reliability and simplicity. Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a highly collaborative environment. Preferred Qualifications A heavy user of internet products, curious and passionate about product design and user experience; prior product‑related internship or project experience is a plus. Experience in ads monetization business and ecosystem. Experience working with data teams and other technical teams.
