Essential Duties and Responsibilities Communicate DR Horton’s value proposition, product vision and capabilities to potential customers. Uncover and understand customer goals and challenges then establish DR Horton as the best solution available. Overcome objections and close sales. Maintain accurate documentation from sale through loan, options, and construction. Continuously source new sales opportunities. Create and provide to management a marketing plan for establishing new customer relationships. Network and perform outreach to realtors. Manage time efficiently, meet sales goals, and work effectively with the team. Maintain and expand database of prospects. Attend sales meetings. Develop and maintain good rapport with prospective customers, realtors, and team members. Execute policies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Conduct business professionally and ethically to serve customers and increase goodwill and profit. Qualifications Education and/or Experience Associate’s Degree or 2 years of related experience. Must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive daytime or nighttime. Proficiency with DRH Sales applications on a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Ability to apply common sense and follow written or oral instructions. Proficiency with MS Office and email. Physical requirements: stand and walk for 4 hours or up to 8 hour day, sit for extended periods, kneel and bend, walk stairs, use hands, reach, talk, and hear; lift/move up to 25 pounds; vision: close, distance, color, peripheral. Regular exposure to outdoor weather; moderate noise level. Preferred Qualifications Licensing requirements vary by state. Prior CRM software experience.
