Project Manager Jr

Job Responsibilities:

Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transmission and substation programmatic replacement projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Conduct site visits to substations to track project progress, validate work completion, and ensure safety and compliance standards are maintained.
Assist in project documentation, scheduling, and reporting using Microsoft Project, Excel, and Word.
Help maintain project budgets, timelines, and risk tracking under the supervision of senior project managers.
Facilitate communication between internal departments, contractors, and vendors to support efficient project delivery.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols during all project phases.
Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices within the Transmission & Substation programs.

Skills:

Education/Experience:

Bachelors.
