What You’ll Do: Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well‑being throughout the day and night. Assist with vital signs and document health observations with care and accuracy. Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while preserving the dignity of those involved. Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and documentation. Provide trauma‑informed, compassionate support to clients. Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care. Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean, healing environment. Who You Are: Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Calm under pressure and professional.
