Summary The Beauty Stylist drives beauty sales across brands by demonstrating products and applying artistry techniques to meet customer needs. The role focuses on one-on‑one service, appointment-based selling and building lasting client relationships in a commissioned sales environment. The stylist leverages in-store and digital tools to meet sales goals and grow customer loyalty. Responsibilities Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media Conduct service consultations to learn customer preferences and recommend appropriate products Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up, product suggestions and event invitations Drive appointment-based selling and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment Create and support in-store events and community networking to grow sales Maintain strong vendor relationships to stay informed on brand focuses and product launches Requirements At least 1 year of beauty industry experience Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, strong organization and follow-through High level of ownership, accountability and initiative; ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment Physical requirements include continuous movement for 6‑8 hours per shift, frequent bending, reaching and use of hands, regularly lifting items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
