CIVIL ENGINEER

Job Duties
At the full performance level, some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide civil engineering mentorship and expertise for a variety of complex projects and activities.
- Perform engineering analyses to include performing and coordinating technical planning activities.
- Prepare and review designs, plans, and specifications for a variety of civil engineering disciplines.
- Develop project management guidelines, protocols, and procedures that are specific to the project.
- Perform on-site inspections of facilities. Analyze data collected through automated systems and onsite visits.
- Prepare technical memorandums and reports, including inspection and assessment reviews, construction reports, design memorandums, cost estimates, specifications, operating procedures, or other documents.
Duties will be developmental in nature when filled below the full performance level.
