Eastview Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Central Supply & Staffing Scheduler to join our healthcare team. This vital role helps ensure our residents receive exceptional care by coordinating staff schedules, maintaining adequate staffing coverage, and managing the facility's medical supply inventory.

ResponsibilitiesStaffing & Scheduling

• Create, maintain, and update schedules for nursing and ancillary departments.

• Coordinate coverage for call-offs, vacations, leaves of absence, and open shifts.

• Communicate schedule changes promptly with managers and employees.

• Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate scheduling records and reports.

Central Supply

• Order, receive, stock, and distribute medical and facility supplies.

• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies to prevent shortages.

• Work with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.

• Maintain organized storage areas and conduct routine inventory counts.

• Collaborate with department leaders to support daily operational needs.

• Provide outstanding customer service to employees, residents, families, and visitors.

• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous scheduling experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a hospital setting preferred.

• Experience with staffing software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).

• Knowledge of healthcare staffing practices and regulatory requirements is preferred.

• Inventory or central supply experience is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
