Daily Responsibilities:

• Utilize product knowledge to train franchisees on the latest eyewear trends and technologies
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and increase market share
• Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities to expand the franchise network
• Provide support in retail sales, business to business sales, and merchandising efforts
• Utilize point-of-sale systems to track sales and inventory

Required Skills:

• Strong background in outside sales and business development
• Experience in retail sales and merchandising
• Ability to effectively prospect and generate referrals
• Proficiency in negotiation and closing sales deals
• Experience in customer relationship management and customer relations
