Welder Night Shift

Now Hiring: Night Shift WeldersWe are looking for welders to join our night shift team. Welders will be responsible for joining, fabricating, and repairing metal parts using various welding techniques. Candidates must be able to read blueprints and schematics, operate welding equipment safely, and produce high-quality welds according to specifications.Duties and Responsibilities:Weld metal parts together according to blueprints, drawings, or specificationsPerform primarily Stick welding with some MIG welding as neededPrepare surfaces for welding by grinding, cleaning, and positioning materialsSet up and operate welding machines and related equipmentMonitor welding parameters and make adjustments as necessaryInspect completed welds to ensure quality and compliance with specificationsMaintain a clean and safe work areaFollow all company and OSHA safety proceduresPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to travel2+ years of experience as a welder or welder helperStrong Stick welding experience requiredSome MIG welding experience preferredAbility to read blueprints, drawings, and schematicsKnowledge of welding safety procedures and regulationsStrong attention to detail and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be available to work night shift
