Property Management Maintenance Technician needed!!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Onsite maintenance and grounds-keeping functions.
Physical condition of the property including vacant units, common areas and amenities.
Complete work orders, vacant unit turns, preventative maintenance, grounds and special projects in a timely manner meeting all deadlines.
All other related tasks assigned by property manager/regional manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

HVAC Certified.
Property maintenance experience preferred.

Experience with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.

Working knowledge of industry standards and regulations and all aspects of property maintenance.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills; effective communicator.
Ability to read/write in English and to understand directives both orally and in writing.
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task is required.
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.

Work hours are scheduled around the requirements of the property and are subject to change as needed. Must be able to work in a highly varied work schedule. Job requirements often include weekend work hours. Company Description
