Manager, Commercial Graduate Program - General Medicines

Complete a three-year One Sanofi Leadership Development Program with three commercial or related functional rotations Begin with a Sales rotation providing field-based understanding of the commercial engine and customer relationships Rotate through strategic commercial and related functions including Marketing, Market Access, New Product Planning, Digital, Medical, Strategy, Business Development, China & International, and the Office of the EVP Develop long-term strategic views of disease-area portfolios Contribute to brand strategy and tactical plan development and execution Support pricing strategy, price-potential assessment, and pricing research Coordinate budgets and strategic plans, including leadership-team presentations Build materials and support internal governance reviews Identify and communicate best practices across markets and functions Develop, track, and own programs, tactics, and key performance metrics for brands Conduct market research to inform brand strategies and tactics Contribute to pricing, market-modeling, and forecasting projects Drive business development activities including diligence, modeling, business-case development, research, and deal negotiation Perform financial valuation and strategic analysis of new opportunities Requirements Bachelor's degree Currently pursuing an MBA at an accredited college or university, with expected completion by Spring 2027 Must be willing and able to relocate Pre-program work experience, ideally in a relevant area to commercial pharmaceuticals (preferred) Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across boundaries Strong analytical skills and ability to package and present cohesive insights and learning Demonstrated ability to take action, challenge the status quo, and take smart risks High ambition for learning and career growth Core Competencies Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to develop and execute brand strategies, pricing strategies, and market research initiatives within the commercial pharmaceuticals sector.
