The Opportunity

The Practice

HSHS Holy Family Hospital – Greenville, Illinois

• Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• 8-bed facility with an 8-bed open ICU.
• ER runs codes and tele-support available.
• 15-18 total HM census per day.
• Neonatal resuscitation, possible circumcision, and well-baby exams.
• Vituity-staffed ED and critical care physicians offer integrated care solutions at the site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
