Per Diem Dental Assistant
We are seeking a Per Diem Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role supports the delivery of high-quality patient care in a collaborative, team-based environment. The position offers flexibility and opportunities to learn and grow while contributing to smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist patients with comfort and care
- Support dentists during procedures (instrument sterilization, suctioning, passing instruments)
- Mix and place dental materials, assist with radiographs, and maintain patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Uphold infection-control and safety protocols
- Contribute to team success and office efficiency
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- CPR certification required
- 6 months of dental assistant experience
- Completion of an accredited dental assistant program
