ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Administrative Assistant Full Time Position - The Administrative Assistant assists the CEO/Administrator in day-to-day functions of the rapid paced Administration environment. Tasks include but are not limited to written and oral communication with Board Members, patients and the general public, organization and maintenance of District documents; calendar maintenance including scheduling of meetings and events; and other duties as assigned. Will assist Nursing Administration as needed. The Administrative Assistant must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and strategic organizational skills. The Administrative Assistant must easily adapt to change, have a team player attitude, and desire to continuously learn. This position also requires the ability to maintain extreme confidentiality.
